Placing An Order
1. How to place my order?
1) First, you'll need to browse or search for the items you'd like to order. Keyword Search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store.
2) When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here, you'll find more information about the item.
3) If you want to order an item, click the Add to Basket button on the right side of the product detail page. Use the Continue Shopping button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking the Shopping Basket icon at the top of every page of our website.
4) When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Basket Items, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. And follow the quick and simple instructions to finish your payment.
2. How do I use a coupon?
You might find coupon in our emails?shipments, or on our website. We offer a wide variety of these coupons as a way of saying "save6.99". Coupon can be redeemed only at the time you place an order. You need to enter the coupon code along with the order information. Below the order information, there is a field to enter the coupon code. After entering the coupon code, click apply to deduct coupon amount from your order total. Simply follow the instructions and enter the coupon code on the order form. Contact us if you have any problem redeeming a coupon code.
3. Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
It’s only possible to cancel or make change to your order before we start to dispatch it. Usually we’ll process and dispatch your order within 24 hours. If you want to make changes to your order, please feel free to contact us.If the item you want to cancel has entered the shipping process already, you can return the item upon the receipt.
4. How can I add items to my order which has been placed already?
If you want to add items to your order which has been placed already, please contact us to stop the shipment of your order first, then tell us the items you want to add. Later we will tell you how to pay the new items. Last we will ship your two orders under one package. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to add items to the previous placed order.
1. What kind of currency do you accept?
At present, we accept British Pounds, Euros and US Dollars. While ordering from another country, your credit statement should include your bank’s foreign exchange rate on that day.
2. What are my payment choices?
We accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro and Solo. You can enter your entire credit card number safely via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

You can track your order status by signing in and accessing the 'My Account' link from the site header. All orders placed under your username will be visible under the 'My Orders' tab.
After you finish your payment, we will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking link, and then you can trace your order on line.
2. How can I look up my order number?
If you aren't able to find your order confirmation email with your order number, you can go to the ‘My Account’ page and click ‘My orders’ to pull up your order information. If you are still unable to find your order details, contact us and let us know the email address and the name you used to place the order and we can locate the order number for you.

1. How long can I expect my order?
Generally, we will need 1-2 working days to processing your order and arrange the shipment. Your order will be shipped out next day or on the 2nd day after the payment has gone through. During the peak periods, please allow us 3-4 days to process your order and ship it out. Usually you can receive your order within 7-9 working days totally. We only offer EMS service currently.
2. What shipping options do you offer?
At present, we only offer EMS service (Express Mail Service). EMS provides you a tracking number and link so that you can trace your order. (We will send you an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped out). EMS also needs your signature when your parcel is delivered. It can make sure that it is you not anybody else who sign for your parcel.
3. How much shipping will be charged for each order?
As for shipping fee, we only charge $9.99. Please note that usually we will have some free shipping promotions; please subscribe our newsletter so that you won’t miss any promotions which can save you a lot of money.
4. How can I track my parcel online?
The tracking information will be sent by email once the items have been shipped. You can trace your order with tracking number and link within the email.
5. Why does my tracking number not work?
In most cases, that means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to be updated. Check back in 48 hours and the information should be updated. If there’s still no updating information in 48 hours, please contact us immediately. You can contact us by Tickets system.
6. Will my order be charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
Usually, there will be no Customs fees since we will mark all our parcels as "Gifts" or "Samples”. But the customer will fully responsible for it if there is any. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization and return address within 15 days upon receipt if you want to return your purchase. For more details, please view our return &policy.
2. Can I have full refund if I return the unsatisfied item?
Postage is not refundable. 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund if the received package has been signed up and opened. 15% handling fee will not be charged for those who have not signed for their received packages. Only postage is not refundable.
